Censorship: suffocation of views

It’s true that there is some objectionable content about religion on sites but one’s free view about a politician and party can’t be termed as objectionable in any sense!
It’s a pity that India the largest democracy with one of the finest constitution is now at the verge of political censorship
Government, by putting a ban on anti-congress views on networking sites is actually showing the face of coward. Every citizen has a right to be rigid and free in putting his/her views about the system or politicians. And if government is feared of and against this expression on networking sites then what else one as Common man is left with?

Freedom of Speech takes a strong stand for survival of citizen’s voice and views and its obvious that by banning people’s tweets and other matter that is against some politician, government as well as the Delhi district court is violating this Fundamental Right.

Moreover it’s stated in construction that if one’s fundamental right is violated or ignored then person can directly contact SC. Then why the case related to fundamental rights is held in a district court
